 COLOR SEPARATION IN ADOBE PHOTOSHOP, WE CAN SEPARATE THE COLOR PLATE THROUGH THE DESIGNING SOFTWARE AND KEEP THE COLOR ONE PLATE. ALSO MOST OF TIME WE KEPT RGB COLOR MODE TO DOING DESIGN IMAGES.

CMYK COLOR SELECT FOR DESIGN AND WANT TO SEPARATE THE COLOR PLATE THROUGH THE DESIGNING SOFTWARE. SIMPLY NEED TO GO CHANNEL OPTION AND YOU WILL GET ALL COLORS PLATE SEPARATELY LIKE CYAN, MAGENTA, YELLOW AND BLACK. KEEP THE COLOR PLATE WHAT YOU NEED AND OTHERS HIDE COLOR PLATE.
