There have several types of sticker media for printing and also printing machine have print size what size the machine can print. We make panel the design by using photoshop such as first of all, open the design in photoshop and check the design quality by pressing shortcut key (z) and click right option of mouse and select print size to check print quality. After checking the print quality, divide the size like if your machine can print 150 cm and your design size is width 500 and height 300 centimeters.


How can you print the design through the machine?

Your machine last printing size is 150 cm and you simply select lower size like 300 cm and also you will keep 2 cm for overlapping, simply make three panels by using guideline. You click the view option and select guide mode and lastly click new guide layout, you will see there have several options like you can make panel vertically and horizontally. Now you need to fill column number 3 and also use gutter 2 cm for overlapping. Select the design file and crop it to save and maintain the design panel to rename the design file.

 

How can we keep consistency the design panel serial number?

When finished the design and save the file, first you keep file serial and then you keep design size, then file name and what it will be sticker, banner, last you keep panel a1 series or b1 series to understand the design consistency and worker can easily install without hesitation. Also, you will keep quantity with the file name.
